We want every homeowner who reaches Tendhold Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Tendhold Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
