How Tendhold Septic Works and Gets Paid

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Tendhold Septic works and how it earns money. This disclosure describes our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Tendhold Septic is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. Tendhold Septic does not do septic tank pumping, septic system or drain field repair, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with plumbing and septic providers in your area.

How We Earn Money

Providers or marketing partners may pay Tendhold Septic for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Tendhold Septic. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its quotes, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, permits and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check licenses, request a written quote and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
